Our Water Utility customer portal is only monitored during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Support tickets submitted through the Water Utility customer portal after business hours will be answered on the next business day. If you do not have an account with us, you can establish service here.
We want to remind all customers that you are responsible for identifying and repairing any water leaks on your property, including leaks in household plumbing, irrigation systems, pools, or other private fixtures. Leaks can lead to unexpectedly high water bills and potential property damage if not addressed promptly.
To help you monitor your water use, we offer a complimentary water use tool at https://watercs.orovalleyaz.gov/login , which provides hourly and daily water consumption, personalized leak alerts, and consumption notification thresholds. This tool is provided as a convenience; it is not a substitute for ongoing maintenance, regular inspections, or timely repairs.
We strongly encourage you to check your property regularly for leaks and make repairs as soon as possible. Taking proactive steps can save water, reduce costs, and help maintain the reliability of our community’s water system.
Oro Valley Water Utility is not responsible or liable for any water leaks that occur from your meter box to your property.
If you have questions or need guidance on understanding your water use data, please contact customer service at OVwater@orovalleyaz.gov or 520-229-5000.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to water stewardship.
The Oro Valley Water Utility is excited to announce that a new water conservation tool has been added to your customer portal. This added feature allows you to view your hourly and daily water consumption as well as set your own custom leak alert thresholds directly from the portal itself.
The conservation tool allows you to:
1) View your hourly and daily water consumption. 2) Set personalized leak alerts and consumption notification thresholds. 3) Choose how you want to receive alerts. 4) Stay ahead of unplanned water consumption, thereby reducing your water bill.
If you have already enrolled on the customer portal and would like to set your water usage alerts, please follow the Guide to subscribe for leak alerts and water consumption below.
